On February 12, Erika Hoffman will talk about how to write
inspirational stories for Chicken Soup for the
Soul and similar anthologies at the Carteret Writers Meeting in Morehead
City, NC. In six years, Erika has had personal narratives published in
seven Chicken Soup collections along
with a number of other anthologies. Additionally, her essay The World is Too Much with Us will be
published in Living magazine and her
story, How to Treat an Angel, will
appear in Mature Years, Fall 2013.
Sheila Hudson's article, Wanted: Titus 2 Women was published in the
Christian Standard in February. Also, her article, AShared Story: Overlook It
appears on the website AfterFiftyLiving.com.
Cappy Hall Rearick will judge the Humor
Columnist Award for the Delaware Press Association and a speech writing contest
at Glynn Academy. Her syndicated columns are now distributed by Senior Wire and
read across the U.S. and Europe.
Patrick Hempfing’s column, Call Me, Maybe, appeared in January’s issue of
S. I. Parent (Staten Island, NY), Sonoma Family Life (CA), and Irving Parent and Suburban ParentMagazines
(TX).
